We are having issues in getting the travel itineraries once the travel has been ticketed. We would normally receive the trip overview and then shortly after it is ticketed it comes in a PDF image. Process is after the travel is confirmed it goes to the agency (TMC) for ticketing and invoicing. I am set up with the TMC to receive all booked travel as well as we have a travel email address set up to also receive the invoiced booking. The traveler does receive the final itinerary. This has been happening for a couple of months and has only happened since we moved over to the new travel interface. I have gone from receiving no invoiced itineraries to now receiving most of the itineraries. But it is still not 100%. Is anyone else having this issue? Trying to see if it is a concur issue or my TMC. TMC says it is a concur issue.
