Travel itineraries are different for various execs

I book travel for various executives.  As the travel arrangements show private on their calendars, I also add them to my own calendar.   I have noted that some of the travel information comes in differently for various execs...some come to me direct from Concur and have the full itinerary, while others come from the traveler with a link to the full itinerary.  there is also a very long delay in receiving the itineraries on some vs others.  Does anyone know why this might be and if there is a setting that needs adjustment so that they all appear the same way (from concur) not the traveler?

@Prubio6366 here is what you can try to see if it works. Have each exec add your email address to their Travel profile under that Email Addresses section. It's the section where people add their email then verify it. Once they add your email, have them click the Yes radio button for Contact for Travel Notifications? 

 

They do not need to verify your email address and really wouldn't be able to anyway if you have already verified yours on your profile. 

 

Give this a try and let me know how it works out.

Hi Kevin...I tried to add my email to their profile.  and it said I needed to verify it. Because my email has been added already to another profile it rejected adding my email.  UGH

@Prubio6366 no, do not try to verify it. That isn't needed for what you want. You should be able to add an email and then simply click the Yes radio button, then click OK. See below.
