Travel Booking Issues

I keep getting this error message when I try to book travel. Any idea how to fix this? I was told to update my profile. I did but it still isn't working.

Please contact your company administrator and ask them to open a case on the Concur support website: Concur Support

 

 

We recently had employees who had disabled Traveler profile.

I am attaching an article related to this problem: CTE Customer Portal - article number 000011713 - Error in logs: "DEACTIVATED TRAVELER PROFILE"

 “Sorry (not sorry) Something Went Wrong” error message in Concur, does not help the end user. It causes frustration, wastes time, and costs us money w/out providing a solution. There are 15 or more reasons this message pops up.  We need Concur to provide a solution to the end user and assist w resolutions.
