Travel Agent

Hello, had a travel arranger start a booking online, I took over reservation sent it through our QC now the arranger is getting message that the trip will be cancelled, it there an override I can add to the record so it doesn't get cancelled?

@marklee65 when you say sent it through QC what does that mean exactly? They looked at the reservation to make sure it was within policy? Was there any change to the reservation after you took over? 

 

Did the message say when the trip would be canceled? Was the reservation completed?
