Southwest Reservations

Hi! Is anyone having issues with their Southwest reservations not being issued?  I have a case open, but all of our Southwest bookings are coming back with an error saying the reservation is made but it it's not being ticketed and to call WN with the FOP.

I was just on with one of our travelers who had this occur.  They got to a screen with this error message below and he ended up calling SW and having them book the ticket.  I was going to enter a ticket as well.  I have an issue with auto rentals coming back with an issue with FOP missing as well but that has been going on since November.

Thank you for your response. It's been happening all to day to every single reservation. I wasn't sure if was just myself or others as well.  Hoping it gets corrected very soon.

I had entered a ticket yesterday and got a response for some additional information about the incident.  I just went in and tried to book a SW flight today and it seemed to be moving ahead without kicking out the error.  Have you noticed that it has resolved?
