I’ve submitted a support case about this, but I also wanted to bring it up in the Community to see if anyone has found a resolution.
New Concur doesn’t seem ready for hotels and car rentals with direct bill. We were told that if the new experience wasn’t ready, those items would remain on legacy. That doesn’t appear to be happening.
Today, while I was enabling sites for New Concur, it made all verticals (air, car, hotel) available in the new experience, whether I enabled them or not. Needless to say, I had to disable the new experience for my clients while I try to figure out what changed.
Has this happened to anyone else, and if so, how did you resolve it? My assumption is that it’s happening because it shows the TMC is enabled for all New Concur experiences.
