Solved: Hotel results not showing

Dear Team,

There 2 main hotel results not showing in concur, is there any way we can find out why those hotel results not showing in Concur.

We tried for multiple dates and still no results.

@sandesh123 do you have any more details? Which two hotels? Which city was the traveler trying to book in? Are there Travel rules in place that might be preventing them from showing?
