@KevinD - Keep telling your customers they're wrong.  See how well that works for you.  We're all telling you the new design is terrible and you should go back to what you had before.  Why a business would do this is beyond strange as it sounds like the opposite of customer service.  When you're hearing it from multiple people, everyone can't be wrong.

@jerielderbsci I don't believe I have ever said to anyone on this community they are wrong and I don't recall any other employees telling people here on the community they are wrong. If that has happened, please let me know which thread or post so I can address it.

I am not on the product development team, so all I can do is report back to those teams what I see and read here on the community, which I do regularly. I also try to get explanations as to why changes were made from those teams so I can come back here and provide that to Community members.

My main role is to moderate this Community by providing answers. Sometimes those answers are given to me by other teams and I relay what they have told me. I understand the answers will not always be what people want to hear, but the other option is for me to just let people voice their opinion and leave it at that, without any follow-up. That's not my style though as I feel being as transparent as possible is the better route.

I would recommend looking into our Continuous Influence program where customers can voice their opinions and be involved in the process of giving feedback on planned updates and features. This program is the best way to be heard by our product teams. If this is something you would be interested in looking into, I can send you the link.
