Report of future hotel reservations

I need to run a report of hotel reservations booked through Concur in July 2026. I Have tried running the  "Hotel Summary", "Hotel Detail",  and "Hotel Expense Exceeds Negotiated Rate" and they are all blank. Anyone have other ideas?

I recommend trying the Concur Travel Hotel Bookings report instead (Report: Concur Travel Hotel Bookings | SAP Help Portal). This report is specifically designed for hotel bookings made in SAP Concur and uses Arrival Date as the date criterion, making it much more suitable for locating future reservations, such as those planned for July 2026.

Team content > Analysis - Standard Reports > Compliance > Concur Travel Hotel Booking

To do this, you can run the Concur Travel Hotel Bookings report and set Arrival Date = 01/07/2026–31/07/2026.

This report returns fields such as traveler, hotel vendor, hotel location, arrival date, departure date, booking rate, nights, rooms, and record locator, so it is a much better fit for searching future hotel reservations.
