@doherty3711 hello there. Unfortunately, these aren't things SAP Concur has any control over. This is determined by the car rental agency. Concur Travel simply gives you the rental car choices, anything else regarding price, deposits, cancelation fees, etc. are all determined by the car rental agency. You would need to contact them. Also, these types of things are sometimes shown in the car details when you are doing your car rental search, so when you select a car, read through the details as you might find the information you are looking for.
