No Rental Cars Available

Hi Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with the rental car booking function in Concur Travel. Every time I search for a rental car, the system returns “No rental cars available”, regardless of the dates I select.

For example, I searched for a rental car from Dubai International Airport (DXB) from October 4 to October 9, 2026, and no results were returned. I have tried changing the dates and repeating the search, but I continue to get the same message.

Could you please advise whether this could be related to our company’s travel configuration, preferred rental-car vendors, or my Concur profile?

I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this, as I need to book a rental car for an upcoming business trip.

@Aharoun I just did the same search and received results. Could you try again and take screenshots of what you have entered in the Search please? Be sure to screenshot the entire screen.
