@J613533 can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing please? I am looking at your profile and it says your company isn't set up to use Concur Travel and that you should be using either AMEX GBT or Egencia. My guess is the passport information is stored somewhere outside of SAP Concur, but I'd like to see a screeshot to confirm this.
