How to extract the entire travel request from concur to excel for reporting and record? For user

Hello @Vijaya_kumar 

For standard users, this option does not exist.

However, there are two possibilities:

• If your company has the Cognos module (Analysis / Intelligence) enabled and you have been assigned a Cognos role, you would have access to reports. Alternatively, If your manager has the “BI Manager” role, he/she could view the data of the people who report to them.

• An administrator with the “Request Processor” role could do it. Here is a link explaining how someone with that role can export the data: Exporting Query Results to Microsoft Excel
  You should contact your company’s Concur administrator.
