Passport not feeding over to airlines

We’re running into an issue with our Canada market bookings in Concur—traveler passport details aren’t transferring over to the airlines. Is anyone else seeing this behavior in their market or having similar problems with passport data not flowing through?

@Burns123 I haven't seen anyone else post about this issue. Is this happening to multiple employees or just one?

Have you spoken with your travel agency about this at all?
