Passive Approval Notification but missing in Approval Queue

I was sent a notification to approve a travel request, the email was titled "Passive Approval (traveler.....). There is no report for me to approve and the email shows that travel was booked. How do I get to see this trip to approve it?

@ericcalkins Passive Approval means you don't need to take any action to approve the trip, it will auto-approve. The only action you can take is to Reject the trip. Did the email not contain a link or button for you to view the trip details?

There was no link to auto approve, but my concern is that this trip did not show up in my Concur Approval queue. I want to make sure that I do not miss anything and that there is nothing wrong with my Concur account. 

@ericcalkins I think you are all good. Passive approval doesn't need any action from you. 🙂
