Missing travel plan in my concur

Hey

I have booked both Hotel and Flight for an upcoming travel. It is booked by the travel agency and I got confirmation for all the bookings on a mail, but I can't see the bookings in concur.

What has gone wrong.

@SussiLykke did you previously see your travel bookings in Concur? Is this the first time you haven't see the itinerary items show up?
