Paid seat selection unavailable

Hello, 

It seems that seat selection is unsupported? do i need to contact the airline to select a seat?

Within our organization, we have experienced situations where paid seat selection cannot be processed through SAP Concur for certain bookings. As a result, travelers must complete the seat purchase either on the airline's website or through our travel agency once the booking has been ticketed.

To address this limitation, I have submitted an enhancement request via the Customer Influence portal:
