New Travel Interface, November 2026

Good morning. Much to my dismay, when I logged in to book a flight for a colleague this morning, the interface has changed. Unfortunately, this new interface is NOT user friendly. I used to have all the information I needed in order to make intelligent choices that suited travel needs for company travelers on the same webpage, I now have to navigate through pop-ups. These pop-ups include information that used to be all on one page.

This is a nightmare for executive & administrative assistants EVERYWHERE. You have made me less efficient. Not a good choice.

The new SAP Concur Travel interface appears to have introduced additional navigation steps, making flight comparisons

more time-consuming, especially for executive and administrative assistants.

Actions:

1. Check with your Concur Travel Administrator whether the previous interface is still available.
2. Request a consolidated flight comparison screen displaying fares, schedules, baggage, and restrictions.
3. Submit feedback through SAP Concur Support or Customer Influence.

Reverting to the previous interface may not be possible, depending on your company's migration status and

SAP Concur's rollout policies.

@TealThumb could you please provide screenshots of what you are seeing?  I'd like to see these pop-ups so I can better understand the experience you are having and provide, if possible, some insight.
