Why are airfare confirmation numbers not displaying?

When booking airline tickets, the confirmation number shows "See Details". Is there a way to view the confirmation number while you are still in the booking, instead of closing out the window and reopening it in trip overview?

The “See Details” label may appear instead of the airline confirmation number in the new Concur Travel booking interface.

Check:

1. Click See Details to check whether the airline confirmation number (PNR/record locator) is available.
2. If it is not displayed, complete the booking and navigate to Trip Overview > Trip Details.
3. Check the airline confirmation email or itinerary for the record locator.

The airline confirmation number may not be available until the reservation is created.

A PNR is different from an Airline Ticket Number.

There is no verified configuration setting that forces the confirmation number to display directly on the booking screen.

If “See Details” does not reveal, raise the issue with SAP Concur Support.
