New Concur Guest Booking Tool

The Guest Booking tool has reappeared on our site. From what we can tell, the process is unchanged from when it was introduced earlier this year. Unfortunately, this tool does not align with our guest booking policy and has significantly increased the time required to book travel for individuals who do not have a Concur account.

We would prefer not to use this tool. Is it possible to revert to the previous version, which was working well for our needs?

@coberndorf if the Guest Booking option was removed and has now come back, this sounds like some sort of mistake as I don't believe we would turn this option on globally. I would submit a Help ticket to Concur Support and request it be turned off.

Hi Kevin,

Thanks! I did open a ticket with Concur, but since we use Amex GBT as our TMC, they referred me to them. Amex requested it be turned off on our behalf. It's now back to the previous version.
