I need to pick up a rental car from Enterprise rental from Charlotte airport on November the 7th at approxamently 11:30amsing this site. Please advise what I need to do, if this is incorrect.

Sorry, I failed to mention that I would be returning the car on Dec.2nd around 8:30am

also, if nothing is available for the 7th, can it be made for the 8th of November.

You can request the rental through SAP Concur Travel, provided your company has enabled rental car bookings.

Your requested reservation:

Rental Company: Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pickup Location: Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), North Carolina

Pickup: November 7, 2026, at 11:30 AM

Return: December 2, 2026, at 8:30 AM

Alternative Pickup: November 8, 2026, at 11:30 AM

How to book in SAP Concur?

Sign in to your company's SAP Concur Travel portal.

Select Travel → Book Travel → Rental Car

Enter Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) as the pickup and return location.
Enter your requested pickup and return dates and times.
Select Enterprise, if available.
Review the rental rate, vehicle category, and company travel policy.
Complete the reservation and verify the confirmation email.

The airport branch lists daily operating hours covering both requested pickup times. However, vehicle availability for November 7 or 8 has not been confirmed.

If booking through Concur is required by your employer, contact your company's Travel Management Company (TMC) before booking directly.

Try November 7 first, then November 8 if no vehicles are available. Confirm the reservation number before traveling.
