Need Help for Login ID

Hello,

I need access to concur ASAP, can you please help me gain access. 

My single sign-on does not work and i created a profile and it's still not working. 

Please advise ASAP.

@Bjohnson31 I am sorry for the issues you are having with logging in.  I will send you a private message with a contact from your company that will be able to help you with this.

@MelanieT Hi there - my boss is trying to log in to add me as a delegate but he gets this message:

Can you please tell me what to tell him to do? He is very short on time all the time so any legwork I can do for him is appreciated. Thanks!

@LEShapiro I'll chime in here as Melanie is no longer working with our Community team. 

Can you send me the name of your boss and the log in ID he is trying to use in a private message, please? That way I can look up his profile and see if he is using the correct ID or not.  To send me a private message, click my username (KevinD) then the Message button.
