@acantele I would try deleting your preferred name from your travel profile. When you are signed in to SAP Concur, click your initials in the upper right and select Settings from the little window that opens. From the Setting screen, select Personal Information. On the next screen, you should see your name. Here you can delete the preferred name and click Save. See if that fixes the issue.
