@udrearxa there are a couple of reasons why the hotel might not be showing.
1. Your company has rules in place that prevent that hotel from appearing in searches.
2. The Global Distribution System your travel agency uses doesn't have the hotel.
My suggestion would be to call your company's travel agency and ask them about the hotel in question. SAP Concur displays what is published by the GDS and what falls within the travel rules your company has.
You would first need to determine why the hotel isn't showing up, then proceed from there. Your travel agency should be able to help with that.
