Mobile access for travel arranger

Hi,

 

We have been raised issue by personal assistant of CEO. She has the travel arranger access with "can book travel" option enabled.

She can book it fine via laptop. But when tried via mobile browser, facing issue where after filling up details, it goes blank and does not allow to submit.

We want to check on below 2 things

 

1. Can Travel arranger boom Travel request for their boss using mobile app ?

2. Can Travel arranger boom Travel request for their boss using mobile browser?

3. What are the limitations and allowed activities for PAs?

A travel arranger cannot make bookings on behalf of a traveler using the mobile app. Bookings made through the mobile app must be completed by the traveler themselves.

Hello @saumyaguptaibm ,

 

SAP Concur mobile access has functional limitations for the Travel Arranger/Delegate roles. Currently, the creation and submission of Travel Requests, as well as booking travel on behalf of other users, are not supported via the mobile app or the mobile browser. These actions must be performed exclusively from a desktop browser.
