Loyalty and Work email

Is it accurate that your loyalty program email address needs to match your work email address to have the e-receipts auto populate in expense.

@joemann76 No they do not. I have different emails on my loyalty programs that are not my work email. E-Receipts are driven by the vendor and your Concur profile.

Kevin, I sent our SAP team the configuration set up that you had posted before on how the e-receipts be set up and some users its more of the arrangers for the EXEC's are saying the e-receipts are not passing through to expense.
