Lowest Cost Logical Fare not working for Premium economy/Comfort plus Seats

Our policy allows for economy plus/delta comfort seats on domestic flights. In T2 the site advises I am out of policy because it shows the LLF as the economy fare, not the economy plus (premium seats).   This works correctly in legacy. Does anyone know of a setting or something I can do to fix this?  For International flights it gives me the LLF for economy, economy plus and business class.

@sharon-mcmanus which Travel Rule Class does this apply to at your company? I'm trying to take a look.

Also, does it not allow users to pick these fares or does it just throw up the out of policy warning?

Thank you,

Hello - It is our US-General Rule class. I have been working with some members of the Air Product team to try and resolve this issue. I just reached out to see if anyone had a suggestion of a work around or ideas as not being able to book economy plus seats in Concur is a deal breaker.

@sharon-mcmanus so I'm clear on what is happening, users can see the economy plus fares, but receive an Out of Policy message, is that correct? Are users not able to choose the economy plus or is the system allowing them to and asking them to choose an Out of Policy reason?

Thank you,

For non-Manager employees, we control access to "Economy Plus" equivalent fares (treated as "Economy", not "Premium Economy" by Concur Travel) via separate "Flight" Travel Rules.

Delta's Comfort Plus:

  • Marketing airline is in Delta and Shortest Flight duration between two most distant airports is less than 390 minutes, excluding layovers and Fare uses class of service S, W - Show, but Do Not Allow

United's Economy Plus:

  • Shortest Flight duration between two most distant airports is less than 390 minutes, excluding layovers and Airline is United and brand name is Economy Plus - Show, but Do Not Allow

American's Main Plus:
