Issue with "Seat Only" Option in Concur Travel Booking

Hi team,

We've encountered an issue with the new Concur travel booking system for flights. Currently, users are unable to see the "Seat Only" option when booking. The available options include "Seat + Bag," "Flexi Change," and "Flexi Refund," but not "Seat Only."

Could you please advise whether this is something that needs to be addressed within Concur, or should we reach out to our airfare provider? Alternatively, is there a specific setting we need to enable to make this option visible?
