Inactive account

Hello @mz5hcf 

 

As the message indicates you need to contact the Concur system administrator, your account is inactive in the system (Account Termination Date field in your user profile has a date selected), I hope this information help you.

My system administrator has set my account to active multiple times but still gives me error for inactive account. I receive email each time system admin activates my account but when i try login using that link or setup MFA gets an error for inactive account.
