Implementation without Pilot- What was your game-plan?

Good Morning everyone,

We are currently in the process of switching from another OBT to SAP Concur Travel. We are using the same travel agency, but because of this, we cannot have a pilot. 

What was your company's game plan for implementation without a test/pilot group? How did you plan and execute the launch? What were some hiccups that you found? What was something you did that was helpful? 

Any and all feedback is appreciated.

@torimarkette to get some responses, I would recommend requesting to join the Admin Group here on the Community and post your question there. This forum is more trafficked by end users and not those who would work on an implementation. 

FYI...to be admitted to the admin group you must have some SAP Concur site admin permissions. So, if you are not live on SAP Concur, I would need the Concur implementation person you are working with to let me know you will be a site admin.
