I'm a CIP for Travel (EMEA) Can I also raise implementation request for Brazil?

Good morning folks, I received my partner CIP certification for EMEA last year (May 2025). I work in consulting company that does agency and Concur Travel implementation. One of our existing company that I configured is planning to transition to Concur OBT in Brazil. Is my CIP certification allow implementation/configuration outside the EMEA region?

@ffullero hello there. As a CIP, you have a dedicated Partner Support Portal provided to you by SAP Concur. All questions you have should be submitted through the Partner Support portal. If you have never accessed this portal, then you would need to speak with someone at your company who has and have them submit on your behalf so you can access the portal. 

Our Partner team has been very clear in telling us that CIPs should only be posting questions using the Partner Support Portal.
