How to get a brand new IHG hotel add

There is a new Holiday Inn located in Schamburg,IL. That is not listed and i am unable to book. How do i request it be added?

@gkoehl I would suggest speaking with your company's travel agency. SAP Concur pulls inventory from the Global Distribution System, so if the hotel isn't showing up, it either hasn't been added to the GDS or your company has some sort of rule in place causing it not to show in search results.

I am the VP of Revenue Performance with TKO hotels and I have a company stating they cannot find our hotel when searching (Holiday Inn Express Midtown Anchorage, AK). We are in the GDS. Is there a way someone can tell me if our hotel is listed? We are on the GDS. I cannot find where I can search anywhere on this website to verify if we show or not. Thank you, Mellanie

Yes, that is our hotel. Someone emailed me that the hotel doesn't have a Star rating on Concur and that could be an issue if the company admin selected to not have hotels without a star rating show. Do you know how we would go about getting a Star rating if that is the case?

@UML71I Concur pulls the info from whichever GDS the travel agency is on. For example, when I go into Concur it pulls info from Sabre GDS because that's the one my travel agency is using. Kevin's travel agency might be using a different GDS (Amadeus, Travelport, etc). Here is a screenshot of the hotel as it shows in my Concur, pulling from Sabre. The answer to your question is you may need a star rating in Sabre. You would need to take that up with Sabre.

Candlewood Suites Billings, MT - 1732 Spring Creek Lane

Candlewood Suites Midtown Anchorage, AK - 160 W 48th Avenue Suite CS
