How to Add Hotel Travel Rewards Program Info

Hi,

I'm trying to book my first trip through Concur, and I've set up my profile with all of my airline rewards programs, but I don't see a spot in my preferences to add any hotel benefits programs like Marriott Bonvoy, etc.?

I see folks on the forums talking about those programs, so I know I'm just missing it. Can someone point me in the right direction on where to add those accounts?

Please check the below. Hope it helps now.

SAP Concur Travel supports hotel loyalty programs, including Marriott Bonvoy.

Profile → Profile Settings → Personal Information → Frequent-Traveler Programs.

1. Click Add a Program.
2. Select Hotel (not Air/Train).
3. Choose the hotel brand, such as Marriott.
4. Enter your hotel loyalty membership number.
5. Click Save.

Hotel loyalty memberships are maintained under Frequent-Traveler Programs, not Hotel Preferences.

If the Hotel option is missing, contact your company's SAP Concur Travel Administrator to verify your profile configuration.

That's perfect. It was just hidden from me in the UI there, but I found it and got them all added. Thanks for the help!
