How do I see how many rooms are available? (need to book group in the same property)

Good morning,

Lately, I've been needing to book multiple travelers at the same property, but I'm struggling on how to do that efficiently. I have the permission to proxy into their account and book a room, but the menu doesn't show how many rooms are available, so I don't know if that property has room for my small group or not. I got burned booking a room for traveler 1 and when I proxied into traveler 2, that property had no more rooms available. I had to cancel traveler 1's reservation and start again with a different property. I've even added in step: calling the property and asking if they have 3 rooms available and then booking on Concur, but is there a quicker way? Am I missing an obvious method for booking 3 rooms simultaneously -- or at least seeing which properties have multiple rooms available?

@Amy_Alpine Concur Travel is designed for individual travelers, so booking multiple rooms using one profile is not an option. Call your travel agency or the hotel directly for group bookings. You might also be able to negotiate a better rate since you are booking multiple rooms. 🙂
