How can we change the "Unused ticket" bubble wording?

Hello All,

I have ALWAYS had issues with how the unused ticket window is displayed to the users.  As a former travel agent I know that an unused ticket must be FLOWN on before the expiration date... not BOOKED by that date.  I would like to suggest that the words "Expiration Date" be changed to "Travel Completion Date".

This will be clearer to the traveler and the administrators.
