Hotel reservation for more than one person.

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to make one hotel reservation for more than one person? We have a 7 person trip and we would like to stay in one hotel and not sure if it will be possible if we try make reservation separately.

Hi @bartosz  thank you for reaching out on Community with your question. SAP Concur Travel is primarily designed for individual business travel, so it does not natively support creating a single hotel reservation that covers multiple travelers in one booking transaction.

@bartosz I would suggest contacting your company's travel agency to do a group booking.
