Trying to get rates for hotels takes a very long time. It used to be fairly fast but now it takes sometimes 3-4 minutes for rates o come up. Even after the list of hotels is finally populated and you click on "Get Rates" for hotels that don't have a rate showing takes about the same time. This is very frustrating.
