Hotel booking

Hi,

The hotel booking seams to have been updated but not for the best!

1. Filtering is not really working: when selecting a brand group or just a brand, other hotels are still showing 😞
2. The hotel proposal shows hotel that are not compliant with the company policy
3. Some hotels are clearly missing (I've check, they have free rooms at compliant price and were usually bookable via Concur)

Well... it's not a very good start for year 2026... unfortunately.

Am I the only one? Is there something plan to fix that situation?

@brunolivernais providing screenshots of what is happening would be helpful. Also, have you submitted a Help ticket to Concur Support? If not, I would highly recommend doing so. That way they can look into the issues and provide you updates on the progress. 

One question about seeing non-compliant hotels. Previously, were these never seen? I'm asking because unless you have a rule in place, non-compliant hotels would be visible.

We have had similar problems. When someone searches for an address, the default 'sort by custom' is overpowered as it will not only sort but hide properties that are still in compliance. We have noticed that many hotels will hide, but if you change the sort by to "Distance" then they will suddenly appear.
