Global Template - VAT best practice - travel expense tables

Hello Everybody,

A few years ago I stumbled upon a post that had a link to a place where there was an excl document for each country, and the excel document had a table of all possible travel expense and their corresponding VAT treatment.  Screenshot below for reference. This was a very valuable resource however, I can no longer find that post or page where these tables are saved.  Can anyone share that post or link again?
