Flight search error

Hello,

I am trying to search for flights using Concur for the first time. When I go to try to type in the name of the airport, the predictive text isn't showing up. I then used the "find airport" feature to select both airports. However, after I entered in all the other info and clicked submit, I got an error message asking me to enter the airport names in to and from. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance for your help.

I've reached out to the Concur administrator on our campus, waiting for a reply. The Concur FAQ and User Guides are dead links, and the phone number is for reservation inquiries only.

I changed browsers and it worked.
