Error code ar-40000

Hi,

I am having this error code when trying to book a flight. @MelanieT can you see and advise? thank you in advance. I am trying to book flight with RyanAir for my colleague SZIDE ( I am travel assistant for our team and booking for many people) I didnt have issues so far with booking with this company. What does this error code mean?

BCD Travel agency will not assist with booking low-cost carriers, and I need to book via Concur.

@simiy Melanie is no longer working with our team, so I'll take it from here. From what I found, the new Concur Travel experience must be turned on for Company Admins. Here are the steps. See if this resolves the issue.

Please advise where to find this Company admin? In Concur travel page?

@simiy when you are signed in, click Home in the upper-left. From the menu that appears, under Administration, look for Travel Admin. When you select it you will see Company Admin on the left side of the page. Under Company Admin, look for New Concur Travel Experience.
