Error Message Non Refundable flight chosen

To All, I am using Concur for the first time to book air travel and a message appeared calling out that i chose a non refundable ticket and i must review.

Do i have to change it to refundable or will this be ok?

@ScottNJ this is totally normal. It is just letting you know the fare is non-refundable. Now, that doesn't mean you won't get a credit if you have to cancel your trip, it just means you won't get the money refunded.

No need to change it to refundable.
