Email address associated with more than one Concur account

Good morning, I am trying to help an Exec access his Concur app on his iPhone as he is currently travelling and wants to link his Uber to his account and also to be able to automatically upload receipts. Unfortunately he does not know his password and gets the following email when trying to reset:

 

You indicated you forgot your username or password.

Your email xxx is associated with more than one Concur account, so we are unable to provide reset help via email.

To create or reset your mobile password, please sign in to the Concur website and go to Profile/Mobile Registration.

@kausten what happened was someone put your email address and another person's email address on this Exec's profile These need to be removed, then it should clear up the problem. Try reaching out to Robert Hughes. He is listed as a site administrator.

I have one email associated two accounts. I don't know how to remove one of them

@Minzhang do both of the accounts belong to you and if so, are they for the same company or is one from a previous company? Is one of the accounts no longer active?

 

If they are from the same company, you should be able to have your site administrator disassociate the email from the profile you don't use. 

 

I was able to find your most recent profile which was created on 09/17/2024. I take it this should be the active profile. Is the having your email on another profile causing you some issues?

If they are from the same company, you should be able to have your site administrator disassociate the email from the profile you don't use. I don't believe you would have two active accounts unless one of the accounts was at a different company and never deactivated.
