Concur won't show nonstop flights

My concur suddenly won't show nonstop flights on my computer or mobile app. I live in Atlanta, and nonstop options are endless. I have tried multiple dates and cities but they just won't show for me.

Hi @SarahLu06 ,

 

This is likely due to backend travel policy rules. I would suggest contacting your local Concur administrator to understand why the flights aren’t appearing—they’ll be able to give you more specific details.

I have no idea how to find out who our Concur administrator is.  I would love help on how to identify that person.

 

However, AmexGBT was able to book me a nonstop with no issues, and said they’ve gotten several complaints about how Concur is only pulling the longer, sometimes more expensive options for employees.

@SarahLu06 have you looked at all the links provided in the Company Notes section of the SAP Concur home screen? This is your go-to place for Travel help. Most likely your Site Admins will point you here. If I had to guess, they would just tell you to contact AMEX GBT for Travel related questions/issues. 

 

However, if I'll send you a list of names of a few of your Authorized Support Contacts.

@SarahLu06 there was a recent update to Concur Travel where it might now be using a default search window that is limited. There might not be non-stop flights during that window. 

 

If you could do me a favor and do a new search. Enter the airports then the dates. Before doing anything else, click the little Calendar icon in the field where you entered the dates. You will see another window open. Screenshot that entire window for me, please then post it in this thread. I'd like to see something. Thank you.

I am curious about this topic as well.  My company has been struggling to book flights out of SJC. The airport does not show up as an option in the search results. I was told this is a Concur issue in cities that have multiple airports and that it will take several days for Concur to patch the error? Why is New Concur so terrible? Is it not working well with certain GDS sites? Is it not working well with certain TMCs? How can it be that we cannot book flights to/from a major airport?
