Concur Settings Profile - Emergency Contact Field

Hello, is Concur looking at adding the [Required] / mandatory field lab for the Emergency Contact field in a user's profile?

Since without it, the user will get an error when trying to book travel, it would be helpful to have the [Required**] label similar to the other mandatory fields. Thank you.

@marinapagnotta here is what I see in my profile. Although the fields don't say Required, the note at the top of the section does say Emergency Contact is required. 

 

You might need to submit a Help ticket to Concur Support.

Hello @marinapagnotta,

 

The Name and Phone fields are marked as [Required].
In my case, I have “Address same as employee” selected, and it automatically populated the details from the “Home Address” section.
Which field is giving you the error? If it’s neither Name nor Phone, please open a case with Concur Support.

Hi @KevinD and @cjmarimo .

Our Profile doesn't show either one of these "required" labels, so we have a lot of team members that don't realize it's a mandatory field and then get an error when trying to book travel. Do you know how we can get it updated?

Hi Marina, 

 

If you have travel admin access, you can go to:

Administration>Company Admin>Company Settings

Select your property config

Scroll down to bottom and enable "emergency contact details required"Company Settings Concur.png
