@amy22 I believe your organization's travel agency could help you with this question. The travel rules you implement in SAP Concur also help determine what is displayed. Rules can include or exclude certain fare types.

Does anyone know how many pricing lanes can be displayed in the tool using Worldspan? Is lanes the correct terminology, or maybe fare buckets? Is Sabre more compatible with Concur?
