Clone Trip function?

Is there no longer an option to clone a trip? I manage travel for 5 executives, and frequently also their teams. When several people need to travel together, the Clone Trip function was exceptionally useful. I can't seem to figure out how to do that in the new UX.

@ATrapp right now the feature isn't supported in our new travel experience. I've reached out to my Travel contact to see if this will be supported and if so, when.

@RobinKM Okay, so I did hear something today. I don't believe we will be using the phrase "clone a trip", but it is on the calendar to add the ability to rebook a past trip and share the trip. I don't have a timeline unfortunately, but it should be coming in 2026.

Hello Kevin - that is good news. My company was just updated to the new Concur experience. I confirm 8-10K car and hotels a year for physicians and nurses traveling to work at our hospitals from all over the country but most instate. They use the same car and hotel locations. The 'Clone" feature was a HUGE time saver and accuracy champ. Is there any more updates on when this feature will be available? Thank you,

Our company recently transitioned to the new Concur experience, and I want to echo the concerns others have raised about this missing feature.

As an EA, I relied on it heavily when coordinating travel for multiple people on the same trip; it was a core part of how I managed group itineraries efficiently.

Removing it has had a real, measurable impact. The EAs across our organization now spend significantly more time on booking travel that this feature handled seamlessly. That's not a minor inconvenience, it's a step backward in productivity for the people who depend on Concur the most.

I' d like the Concur team to strongly reconsider. The value of a platform upgrade should be additive, not a trade-off where power users lose functionality they've built their workflows around.

Please prioritize restoring this along with the Calendar syncing feature! Your end users are counting on it.

Glad to hear this will be implemented in 2026. I thought I was going crazy the other day when trying to walk a colleague through how to share their trip, and I couldn't find it. This feature was SO helpful, as we have many circumstances where teams travel together and they want to use the same itineraries.
