Scenario: A traveler booked air, car and hotel in a reservation. They realized they didn't want to book Budget Car and cancelled the reservation and tried to book Avis instead in the same reservation. I'm being told that's considered "modifying" a car reservation and that's not available until Q2. To me, modifying a car reservation is changing the date or the size of the booked car.
Can you clarify if a traveler can cancel a car reservation and book a new car reservation in the same booking?
