Arrangers in UK suddently being asked to enter EmpID and Business Unit to book on Concur

Four of our users in UK suddenly had to contend with a screen asking them for EmplID and Business Unit before they could proceed with booking in Concur. I think this popped up after the initial booking information was entered. If they enter it they can proceed but still this is a new screen. Anyone else encounter this?
