Can you change default rental car search results to list lowest cost first even with pref. vendors

Is the a way to set the default rental car search result to show lowest price first over preferred vendors.  I have my vendors listed as preferred, less preferred, and not preferred. I have Travel Admin access, and I would just like the lowest cost car to show up at the top of the search results.

@Apetry1027 those sort options cannot be edited the default is by Category. You will not be able to make it so Lowest Price shows by default.
